Jo Todd
After 20 years teaching in formal education, Jo Todd started her own business Key Learning. For the past four years she has been working as an independent Educational Consultant both in the UK and internationally.
Currently she is working in organisations including the Ministry of Defense, Government Communication Headquarters and British Energy. The work has involved mentoring and supporting dyslexics and dyspraxics in liaison with their line managers. The aim is to adapt job requirements to meet employers needs with employee’s skills. Recently the Government Communications Headquarters, where she has been developing some of this work, was awarded a Diversity Commendation for supporting dyslexics and dyspraxics in the workplace.
Jo has an empathy with dyslexics in industry as she herself is dyslexic and has two dyslexic children.
For the last few years Jo has been working in schools, Further and Higher Education Colleges.
