Bookings & Orders
Acknowledgement of application will be made by return.
Bookings and orders are accepted on the understanding that the delegate is an employee of an educational institution, as we do not accept bookings from private individuals. Your employer has the responsibility for payment of the fee once MATRIX has confirmed your place on the course. Substitutions may be made at any time up to and including the day of the event. The full fee is payable unless cancellation is received in writing, three weeks (21 days) prior to the event. Cancellations will not be accepted for bookings made within the three weeks prior to the event.
MATRIX Theory into Practice Limited reserves the right to cancel or move the event or amend the programme in the case of events beyond our control. Delegates wishing to make early travel arrangements should first check with the MATRIX office.

Reduced Cost Training Scheme
Please refer to the scheme page for full details. Payment must be received and your account credited before you start using your places.
In-House Training
An initial provisional booking for an in-house event may be held for 2 weeks after which time you will be requested to confirm.
It may be possible to extend the provisional booking for a further 2 weeks. However, if the dates are requested by another client then Matrix reserve the right to withdraw the offered dates if you are still unable to confirm. Once confirmed the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Prior to confirmation of date/event - No charge
- After confirmation & upto 5 weeks prior to event - 20%
- 5 weeks to 3 weeks prior to event - 50%
- Less than 3 weeks prior to event - 100%
