The Matrix 'Save The Children' School
A few years ago, friends bought me a Christmas gift of 2 goats and 40 chickens from the Save The Children Wish List. I didn't really get goats and hens, (the postman wouldn't deliver them) it was a virtual gift to me, but a gift in reality to someone, somewhere who needed them. What a great idea! No more gift wrap!
Recently I visited the Save The Children website and was delighted to find that their wish list also includes educational gifts. Brilliant! Another opportunity for Matrix to make a difference in the world of education. Build a Matrix school with Save The Children.
How will we do it?
Matrix will donate £5 for each and every delegate who attends our training events between 1st February to the end of this academic year.
Our initial target is to buy from the Save The Children Wish List: a classroom, a year's teacher training, equipment for a school and school desks. If we exceed our target, we will provide as many school places for children and text books for each as possible.
How can you help?
