Matrix Theory into Practice Limited are leading providers of training for teachers, managers and staff working in the Education Sector. Established in 1993 Matrix has a proven track record for excellence in all aspects of teaching and learning. We have a reputation for responding swiftly to new initiatives and changes in the sector.

What we do ...

We provide effective practical courses through high quality, interactive programmes which are delivered by trainers and practitioners who are experts in their fields. Delegates attend from FE and 6th Form Colleges, HE Colleges, Training Providers, LEAs and Schools. Specialising in Further Education, we run a complete range of regional courses and provide in-house training to meet the Continuing Professional Development of staff in the sector. These include; tutoring, improving teaching and learning, managing 14 to 16 year old provision, management courses, supporting and motivating reluctant students, and much more!

People & Resources ...

Our trainers are a crucial source of expertise on Matrix events. We are grateful to them for their generosity in sharing their excellent practice, good ideas and experience.

Delegates receive comprehensive information packs that contain all relevant information and materials provided by the trainers. The materials are presented in such a way that they can then be cascaded to staff in the delegates' own institutions.
